Free delivery on orders over $50*
No promo code is required for free shipping on orders over $50 - free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order totals $50 or more.
If the total of your order is less than $50, you will be charged a flat fee of $6.95 for delivery within Australia.
Free shipping is not available for orders delivered outside Australia.
*All references in this document are to Australian Dollars.
How does Click & Collect work?
Click and Collect is available from the Campus Logistics Mailroom on each campus. Refer to the campus maps for the location of each mailroom.
After you place your order, we will pack and send it to the Campus Mailroom. You will receive a notification when the order is ready for collection - usually after 4 working days. It will be your responsibility to collect your order within ONE CALENDAR MONTH of receiving the notification of collection. After this time the parcel will be returned to the Merchandise Shop and held for a further month and reminder emails sent.
Uncollected purchases will be returned to stock after TWO MONTHS (or 62 days) and will not be eligible for refund after this time.
How will I receive a posted online order?
We use Australia Post to deliver online orders.
Orders will usually be dispatched within two business days of purchase and usually take between 1 and 5 days from dispatch to delivery for Australian deliveries and at least 10 days for International deliveries.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
We use DHL as the carrier for all international orders. For most international deliveries you will need to allow 15 business days for your order to arrive.
The standard shipping fees for international orders are as follows:
- New Zealand: Flat rate of $29.95*
- Rest of the World: Flat rate of $49.95*
*Flat Rate shipping only applies to orders weighing less than 1 kg and smaller than 40 cm x 40 cm x 40 cm. Items larger than 140 cm girth or weighing over 3kg cannot be shipped internationally.
When your order is placed, you will automatically be charged the flat shipping rate. However, when packing your order, we reserve the right to contact you if your order is bigger/heavier than the dimensions stated above. We will provide you with the re-calculated shipping quote and you will be given the opportunity to continue with the order or cancel it and get a full refund.
Please note that International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Is my credit card information secure?
Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using
- Payment pages which comply with the Industry standard and use TSL 1.0 (SSL 3.0)
- A 128-bit SSL encryption
- Secure SSL tunnel to connect to the payment gateway
Return and refund policy
If you’re not happy with your online purchase, we will happily give you a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.
Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or style.
You can utilize the campus internal mail system to return items. See under "Change of Mind" for further details.
Damaged Goods
Deakin will refund or cover the cost of shipping on faulty items or goods that have arrived damaged.
Change of mind
Should you change your mind about a purchase, as a result of selecting the wrong colour, size or product, you are eligible for a refund or exchange within 28 days providing the products are returned in a similar condition as they were when first delivered along with a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase. Appropriate packaging should be used to ensure that no further in-transit damage occurs.
If a product is returned for any reason other than it being faulty or not as described, the customer is liable for postage.

ALTERNATIVELY products can be returned to your nearest Campus Mailroom with the above address clearly marked. This option allows you to return the goods at no postage fee. Refer to the campus maps for the location of each mailroom.
