Merchandise Survey - Terms and Conditions
MERCHANDISE AWARENESS SURVEY – PRIZE DRAW
- The promoter of this prize draw is Deakin University, ABN 56 721 584 203, Geelong, Victoria 3216.
- Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
- The prize draw is free to enter and is open to permanent residents of Victoria. Employees of the Deakin University and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants who successfully complete the online survey and who choose to enter the prize draw will receive one entry into the prize draw
- Promotion commences at 8 am on Monday 17 June 2019. Entries close at 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
Prizes
- The total prize pool consists of three (3) $100 VISA® prepaid cards.
How to Enter
- To take part in the competition, eligible participants are required to undertake our Merchandise Awareness survey and to provide us with their details at the end. One entry only per participant.
Selection and Notification of Winner
- All eligible entries will go into a draw to win one of three $100 VISA® prepaid cards.
- The prize draw will be conducted on Thursday 27 June at 11am AEST at the office of the Marketing Division, Deakin University, Greenwood Park, Building GA, 301 Burwood Highway, Burwood, Victoria, 3125.
- All winners will be notified by email and/or phone.
- Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Deakin’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. Deakin accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
- Winners consent to their name and photograph being published on the Deakin University social media channels if requested to, in any and all form as determined by the Deakin University Social Media team.
- At the conclusion of the prize draw, the prize will be mailed to the winner within 28 days to the address provided. Deakin is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize occurring by reason of transit. Any unclaimed prizes after this time will remain the property of Deakin University.
Privacy Collection, Use and Disclosure Statement
- Personal Information provided to Deakin University by entrants will be used to notify the winner of the competition. Deakin University complies with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) in its treatment of personal information. Entrants have a right to access their personal information held by the University. Requests for access to personal information are managed under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic).
